People with extra pounds have higher insulin levels. According to one study, those people have higher chances for Alzheimer's disease development! People with diabetes are at a higher risk.
Although, there is no cure for Alzheimer's disease, there are some ways you can prevent it. One of them is brain exercise. Reading, dancing, playing a musical instrument and playing board games are linked to reduced risk of dementia!
People with a lot of physical activity have less chance of developing dementia. Also, people who are on a healthy diet and those who eat a lot of fruits and omega-3 rich oils, have less chance of developing AD.
