Organic apples have better taste, because they are harvested differently than conventionally-raised apples. They are low on sugar, but have a high amount of fiber, which makes you fuller longer. If you don’t like eating them fresh, you can bake or cook them. There are many specialties made from apples. And the best thing, organic apples aren’t expensive, they often cost same as conventionally-raised apples. Eating organic apples won’t make you super healthy, or something impossible, but it will be great for you. If you are on some diet, it is a much better solution to eat organic apples than conventionally-raised.
